Ryan Carrier upgraded my electrical panel and installed a home charging station for my electric vehicle. His experience and knowledge of this type of installation showed, as it was a big project and he did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asked.

Carrier Electric recently did all the wiring for our new basement (we finished our basement.) He put in a new panel, added recessed lights, switches, etc. He worked fast and efficiently too!

He installed a generator, keeping within the price he quoted me, and keeping me informed as the job progressed. Of course I had this done during the coldest part of January! He did excellent work! We got extremely lucky finding Ryan. I took a chance and used HomeAdvisor. We were selling our rental property that's located in New Hampshire and we are out of state. Closing was to take place within the week. There was a real urgency to get this work completed on time. Ryan understood that urgency and was able to facilitate with a contractor as well as Eversource and get the project done on time and better than I ever expected. I was absolutely thrilled! I had a generator installed, and of course I had it done during the coldest part of January! Excellent work and excellent customer service! Very professional! After getting the run around from another electrical company, I found Carrier Electric on FB and within an hour of contacting them I had a reply. Within 24 hours I had an estimate; which I might add, included important aspects of the installation that a previous company had not included at all. Within a week the job was started. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and greatly appreciated the fact that Ryan was so considerate of my odd hours! I had Carrier Electric out to my house for a service upgrade, from 100 AMP to 200 AMP. He was extremely professional, cleaned up after he was done, and his work was pristine! He was able to install a backup generator in February in New Hampshire (unlike most installers who wait until warmer weather.) He handled all phases of this project, from thawing the ground in preparation for install to pulling the permits, scheduling the inspector and the gas company. He came out and provided us with an efficient and less expensive solution. We are able to hook up our house to a portable generator panel and for less than half the price of the other quote. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. He also took the time to test some outlets we had no way to confirm which breaker they were attached to so we could ensure all necessary items will run in the generator. He also showed me how everything worked so we are not scrambling when we need to use it. I couldn’t be happier with the work and service!
